Meet your osteopath

Brooke Holtham (Wells) was born and raised in Taranaki and returned home to begin her Osteopathy career after completing five years of study in Auckland. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and gained valuable clinical experience practising in Auckland before returning to the region.

Registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and ACC, Brooke provides hands-on, patient-centred care for people of all ages, including babies, children, pregnant women, and adults.

Her background in competitive swimming and netball has contributed to her passion for movement, rehabilitation, and sports injury care.

She has experience treating back pain, headaches, sports injuries, muscle and joint discomfort. Brooke is also passionate about helping patients with osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain conditions.

Brooke believes Osteopathy should focus on education, movement, and whole-body health — not just joint manipulation — and enjoys empowering patients to better understand their bodies.
